Course Description
Hands-on troubleshooting workshop designed to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills in industrial environments. Participants will learn how to spot signs of problems, understand how systems work, and use organized methods to fix issues in automation, processes, and integrated systems. The program combines real-world scenarios, team-based exercises, and advanced applications, including PLCs, vision systems, printers, and serialization technologies.
Course Content (subject to change)
Day 1 – Foundations & Failure Recognition - Training introduction, troubleshooting methodologies, failure indicators, timeline development, coaching, and team strategy.
- Offline exercises: PLC, computer, network & electronics issues.
- Hands-on: process, materials, FDA complaints, mechanical failures, pneumatic failures, and electrical failures.
Day 2 – Applied Scenarios & Problem Solving - Scenario-based troubleshooting.
- Hands-on: process, mechanical, pneumatic & electrical issues.
- Offline exercises: PLC, network & electronics diagnostics.
- Group presentations and lessons learned.
Day 3 – Serialization (Systech) - System fundamentals, architecture, data flow, common failures, and troubleshooting workshop.
| Day 4 – Printing Systems - Industrial printers overview, system integration, common failures, adjustments, and workshop.
Day 5 – Vision Systems & Final Evaluation - Cognex systems, inspection failures, integration, final scenarios, exam, and certification.
